| Quality Enhancement Plan |
This section includes the Quality Enhancement Plan developed by the College which (1) demonstrates institutional capability for the initiation, implementation, and completion of the QEP, (2) includes broad-based involvement of institutional constituencies in the development and proposed implementation of the QEP; and (3) identifies goals and a plan to assess their achievement. This is the original Plan that was provided to the On-site Committee. |

| Quality Enhancement Plan Revision |
This section includes revisions to the originally submitted Quality Enhancement Plan with the on-site visiting committee’s recommendations for improving the institution’s capability for the initiation, implementation, and completion of the plan and additional revisions which include the College’s identification of goals and a plan to assess the achievement of those goals. |

| Response to the Visiting Committee's Report |
This section includes a response report that addresses the findings of the visiting committee, providing updated or additional documentation regarding the institution’s compliance with the Principles of Accreditation. |
